The Peel Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The These Referral Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in The Peel Referral Program (“Program”) operated by Grapefruit Health https://www.grapefruit.health on behalf of The Peel (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years old;

• Reside in the United States unless otherwise specified;

• Are subscribed to The Peel newsletter or community at the time of participation;

• Are a clinical student or recent graduate;

• Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules.

Employees, contractors, interns, ambassadors, affiliates, or representatives of Grapefruit Health may participate unless otherwise prohibited internally.

2. Program Overview

Eligible participants (“Referrers”) may receive rewards for referring new subscribers to The Peel.A referral is considered valid when:

• A new user signs up using the Referrer’s unique referral link;

• The referred individual is a first-time subscriber;

• The referred individual provides valid contact information;

• The referred individual is not a parent or family member of the referee;

• The referral is not fraudulent, automated, or self-generated.

We reserve the right to determine whether a referral qualifies.

3. Reward Structure

Rewards may change at any time and may include physical merchandise, digital rewards, giveaway entries, ambassador opportunities, exclusive experiences, or other promotional items.Reward availability may vary based on inventory, seasonality, shipping limitations, or promotional periods.

4. Reward Fulfillment

Physical rewards:

• May require a valid shipping address;

• Are subject to inventory availability;

• May take several weeks for fulfillment and delivery.

Digital rewards:

• Will typically be delivered electronically;

• May have expiration dates or redemption limitations.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or undeliverable rewards due to incorrect information provided by participants.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Participants may not:

• Create fake accounts or fraudulent referrals;

• Refer themselves using alternate email addresses;

• Use bots, scripts, paid traffic, spam, or deceptive marketing tactics;

• Misrepresent The Peel, Grapefruit Health, or the Program;

• Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform policies.

Any participant found engaging in prohibited conduct may be disqualified and may forfeit earned rewards.

6. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with rewards received through the Program.

7. Privacy

Participation in the Program may involve the collection and processing of personal information in accordance with our privacy practices.By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Referral activity may be tracked;

• We may communicate with you regarding Program status, rewards, or updates;

• We may use aggregated referral data for analytics and program improvement.

8. Modification or Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify these Terms at any time;

• Change reward structures, eligibility criteria, or Program mechanics;

• Pause or terminate the Program without prior notice;

• Disqualify participants suspected of abuse or fraud.

Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grapefruit Health and The Peel shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures or tracking errors;

• Lost or delayed entries;

• Reward fulfillment issues outside our reasonable control;

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to participation in the Program.
